Your chauffeur meets you in the arrivals area, after baggage reclaim and customs, with a sign for your booking.

60 minutes of free waiting after your flight lands.

If you are delayed, contact your driver using the number in your booking area so they know to wait.

Your chauffeur meets you at the front of the train, on the platform or at the agreed station exit.

20 minutes of free waiting after your train arrives.

Please be ready at the agreed pick-up time. If you are delayed, let your driver know as soon as possible.

Additional waiting: €25 per started 30-minute period.

30 minutes is €25 and one hour is €50.

Included waiting time and any additional charge are shown clearly before the journey. We use the same rule for both vehicle types.
